Kairi performs the tasks of the assistant of refractive surgery operations. She is a member of the European Society of Ophthalmic Nurses and Technician and the Estonian Operating Room Nurses Association. Kairi has acquired new knowledge and skills from theoretical and practical trainings in Estonia and many foreign countries. She has obtained her specialized education from Tallinn Health Care College, where she specialized in nursing. In February 2016, Kairi underwent practical training at the world-famous Aravindi eye clinic.
