Aljona is a client consultant who is a genuine expert in customer service. Aljona enjoys communicating with clients, namely, she has been doing this kind of work for over 10 years. One of her greatest strengths is an excellent empathy. While most of the workers in KSA Vision Clinic are experienced optometrists who know the anatomy of the spectacle and lens and the possibilities of getting rid of them, then Aljona is a true expert in customer service.
