1. Protection of client information
We understand how important confidentiality of private data is to our clients and visitors of our webpage. Keeping private data of our clients confidential is just as important to us. The document at hand represents a declaration of ways which we implement in collecting, preserving and processing private data of individuals.

2. Claim to private data protection
The term „private data“ applies in the present document to information, like your name, date of birth, e-mail address, postal address or phone number; in other words it means information that can be used to identify you.

As a rule KSA does not process your private data without previous consent, although in emergency situations we leave ourselves the right for additional data processing within the limits of the law or if required by the law.

We do not give nor sell confidential nor private data of our clients to third parties, persons not related to the client’s contract, except when it is required by the law or is necessary to provide service for the client of KSA.

3. Using private data
For the most part you have the possibility to visit our site without informing us of who you are. Some services (e.g. making an appointment for a medical examination) still require information about you. In order to register on our webpage for a medical screening you should fill out necessary fields (some are compulsory, some not). If you feel the need to withheld private data, then as a result we might not be able to answer your request nor provide you with the service you wished for. 

We process your private data for specific purposes which we inform you about, when asking the data. We collect and use private data, for example to provide you with services, bill you for the services, and advertise services, which might be of interest to you, or become in contact you for some other reasons.

We preserve all of your data in accordance with bookkeeping laws and preserving documents, and also in accordance with ethical requirements.

4. Avoiding publication of information
We do not sell, share nor distribute your private data in any way to third parties, unless in accordance with the principles in the current privacy policy.

Private data can be shared only in the following situations: replying to proper requests of the police or governmental establishments, to abide laws, regulations, subpoenas or court orders; to help prevent shams and forgery; to protect KSA’s rights and property or ensure the safety of KSA’s employees or third parties who are staying in KSA owned rooms or territory

5. Safety and confidentiality
To ensure the safety and confidentiality of the private data collected over the internet we use databases, which are protected with standard „firewalls“ in this field and passwords.

We employ precautions within reason while processing your private data to protect the information in question getting lost, being misused, accessed without authorization, published, altered or deleted.

Although we are not able to give a guarantee for the data not getting lost or misused or altered, we try to prevent any of these unfortunate situations from occurring.

6. Anonymous data and „cookies“
We may collect and process anonymous data of your visits to our website, which may include information about the specific web pages you’ve visited or inquiries you’ve made. We use this anonymous data to improve the content of our website and to compile statistical databases of our website visitors for the company’s internal market-research purposes. We can do this by installing “cookies”, which collect primary names of domains and dates and timings of the visit. The “cookies” we employ cannot be used to identify individuals. A “cookie” is a small cluster of information, which is sent to your internet browser and is stored on your computer’s hard drive. “Cookies” do not harm you computer. You can set your browser to inform you of “cookies” and you could then decide whether you accept them or not.

7. Data with personal nature and children
Most of the services available on our website are targeted for people aged 18 and above. We do not intentionally collect, process nor publish personal data of minors, if we haven’t previously received consent over the internet from a person with parental rights (parent or guardian). We provide the parent with a notice describing the nature of inquiries for private data from a minor and give the possibility to forbid further collection, processing or storing information in any form. We are subjected to laws meant to protect children.

8. References to other websites
The principles of the current privacy policy apply for this website only and not for others. We can provide links to additional websites that, in our opinion, might be interesting for our visitors.

We have set ourselves a goal to ensure the high standard of those linked websites, but due to the nature of internet, we cannot guarantee the privacy standards of those websites nor be held accountable for the content of the latter other than of our own.

The principles of the present privacy policy are not meant to be applied to any referenced website which doesn’t belong to KSA.
